Service Description. This Site describes Primary Care, IV Hydration, Vaccination, Diagnostic Testing, Telehealth, Diabetes Care, Hypertension Management provided by Mejia-Sanchez Family Healthcare and Wellness Clinic. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
User Conduct. You are responsible for any information you submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account access. You agree to use the Site lawfully.
Acceptable Use. You may not (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with the operation of the Site; (c) attempt to access any non-public area; or (d) scrape, copy, or republish Site content without prior written permission.
